The season for the 2023 Worcester Red Sox commences on March 31st against The Syracuse Mets just 36 days away, but on this February chilly winter morning while flurries come down at a popular spanish restaurant in the city folks are looking to get a nice warm soup or a favorite popular dish at lunch rush while the topic of conversation for some baseball fans waiting in line is the upcoming season and the great events at Polar Park. While one young man expressed how he could not wait for The Wepa games another older gentleman was wondering what latino player will start at Worcester and finish the season at Boston or who would be the next Bryan Bello and climb the latter from Double A, Triple A to the Green Monster and provide their Major League affiliate team help in the bigs and stay at that level. The likes of Tristan Casas and Jarren Duran starting the year with The Boston Red Sox and barring any injuries can they perform like they did in Worcester last year and stay at Fenway, other players like Ronanldo Hernandez can he be a big contributor and surpass his .261 average from last year while going over the 20 home run margin and help the WooSox go over the 733 runs scored (697 conceded) from last season. Just like this gloomy day in Worcester at this popular eatery I am pretty sure that the water cooler conversations for some at other locations or work sites is the upcoming Worcester Red Sox season and everything that these excited fans can expect and cant wait to take part of and make awesome memories while watching their favorite players perform as they look to end their season at the MLB level.
